Cleaning process for carpets
First, our team of professionals examines your carpet to identify its characteristics (fibres, finish, colour, style, etc.) and the nature of the stains (grease, oil, wine, blood, ink, encrusted dust, etc.).
This allows us to refine specific parameters of the cleaning process, including the level of humidity needed to make your carpet look as close to its original self as possible.
Step 1: Dusting
This step is important in any good cleaning process, whether it’s steam cleaning or dry cleaning, as it allows for optimized results. Using a commercial vacuum cleaner, which is superior to a standard vacuum cleaner, we straighten and reposition the fibres, clearing and sucking up the dirt that is lodged deep inside winter and regular carpets. Our commercial vacuum can’t always gain access to some areas, such as corners, stairs or under office desks. In that case, we complete the dusting process with a backpack vacuum cleaner.
Step 2: Cleaning
We begin the cleaning step by spraying the carpet with our biodegradable product. Our professionals then deep clean the carpet fibers with a turbo brush. Combined with our unique and biodegradable cleaning product, the brush not only removes deposits and residue from every single fibre, but it also restores colour. Your carpet will be completely dry after only one to six hours because we use a minimum of moisture.
Step 3: Combing
At the end of the process, we comb the fibres of your carpet to restore their original appearance.

Cleaning process for furniture
How do we clean your fabric or leather, stuffed or upholstered furniture?
Before beginning the dry cleaning step, our professionals review your furniture, the specificities (tissues, finish, colour, style, etc.) and the nature of the stains (grease, oil, wine, blood, ink, encrusted dust, etc.). This allows us to refine specific parameters of the cleaning process, including the level of humidity needed to make your furniture look as close to its original self as possible.
After having protected your floors and other possessions to prepare the area, we start cleaning by spraying our biodegradable cleanser on the fabric furniture, then hand scrub it with terry gloves to remove stains on the surface and in the corners. That way, we can adapt the cleaning according to the textile fibre properties (delicateness, thickness, direction, etc.).
Finally, we use our special device to moisten the fabric with the exact level of moisture needed, following with brushing to rearrange the fabric, including velvety-finish textiles.
